Wow, that really looks good. I can't believe you got that for the price you did. That picture looks really good as well.

Blues, I don't know if you've seen this already or not. I was searching the web for a particular Indiana Jones pic and I happened to stop by this site. Turns out the Disneyland Indy ride in Japan has a different name and theme than the one here in the USA. The one in Japan is called Indiana Jones : Temple of the Crystal Skull. Here's the link with an article and pics about it. www.indianajones.de/events/texte/tok.php

Yep, I have seen that as well.... and it's very cool that they thought highly of the skull as well! I would love to visit all the Indy attractions, as the theme is different for each one. Road trip/Boat Trip/Plan Trip anyone?? Ken

The nice thing about Florida and Disney World for me was that my grandparents live down there and whenever we went on vacation down there we had a free place to stay and we could just drive over to the park. Now they've decided to sell their house and move back up here so it looks like we won't be able to do that now.
I'd always hoped they'd add the Indy Ride down there too because I don't think I'll ever get to California and Disneyland OR Japan for that matter. I doubt they will ever do it since they have the stunt show though.

I'm well aware of the dubious nature of this site but I thought I might bring this to your attention Blues as well as anyone else that is interested in the Crystal Skull props. This site offers one as well. www.kingego.com/shop/?shop=1&cat=7&cart=23745The problem is I don't know if that is a pic of the skull their selling or one off of the net. The description says nothing about the prop at all and instead gives a history on the skull that was cut and pasted from another site. That should set of some warning bells right there. This site does however do business on Ebay and has about 98% positive feedback. Take that as you will. Just thought I would share that with all of you though.

The skull pictured on that site is the same one I have, with the moveable jaw. It's for sale at the Ebay store I posted earlier, and is around $20 also.

I thought it was but I wasn't sure if they were offering that same one or are using the picture from that other place. With their Idol they at least give desription of their version. They don't make any mention of how their skull is made or what it is made of.
By the way I'm still debating on which one to get. That one with the movable jaw is kind of growing on me. Is it pretty tight or does the jaw drop down everytime you pick it up?

It falls open every time you pick it up. I took some photos of it, but they never come out that great... because it's "too clear", if that makes any sense. It looks and feels like it's made out of acrylic... though I'm not completely sure.
If I find something decent of it, I will post it here.

I was wondering if it was a tighter fit and you could position the jaw anyway you wanted and it would stay that way. If it's loose then I'm just going to go for the other one. I've looked at quite a few pics of the real skulls but it's hard to tell how "clear" they are unless you see them in person. I think you maybe right and it being too clear is probably a draw back after all. Between that and the loose jaw I've made up my mind and I'm just going to order the one you have and like the best as soon as I can. Thanks again for the help.

OK, here are 3 shots of the skull with the moveable jaw. If you notice, the jaw is a slightly different color than the rest of it. It feels more plasticy as well. Ken

Your right I can see a slight discoloration in the jaw and that's something you usually seen in plastic after it ages for a while. I must say Blues you could present a card board box and make it look like it was worth millions with your pics. Love how you've displayed them both!

Next up... photos of a cardboard box I'm selling for a million bucks! Thanks much Pitfall! I hope these pics give a better idea as to why I like the other skull much better. I'm letting my son play with this one now, and it works well with alot of toy genres... King Kong, Lord Of The Rings, Harry Potter, misc. dinosaurs, etc... Thanks again, Ken
