Bryan, What a GREAT Find! I am not the Handgun expert but that sure looks like Indy's S&W to me. It sure is in excellent shape from what I can see. I am POSITIVE that somebody on COW will give you definate answer if no one here can. Is it a .45 cal? Cheers, John PS: good to hear from you

From what I can see in the pics it looks to be an old model 10. I think I can make out ".38 S&W Special" on the barrel. Do you know what caliber it is? Anywho, if its an old .38 like I think it is then no, its not the same as Indy's Hand Ejector, but you could say that it is its little brother. It would make a very nice close enough gun. I'm not sure how much its worth. Judging by the pics $200 maybe more, maybe less. Its really hard to say without being able to actually see it in person. Personally, if I was your roomate I wouldn't part with it for all the money on the world for the simple fact that his grandfather gave it too him. EDIT: Tell your roomate the caliber will be stamped on the side of the barrel. It will say ".38 S&W Special" or something similar.

That looks like a .38 cal S&W "Victory Revolver". A great gun!
