Great help here as usual!

I can't help but notice that the back seam on the TOD jacket looks alot like Wested's standard position for all 3 versions. If you ask for an 80's fit, you get the higher back seam, but if not..... you really get what is closer to the TOD & LC styles.

The Expedition comes with the higher back seam standard, I do believe. I also have high hopes for Todd's new jacket as well!

Very keen observation, GMann. I never noticed that, although he may have had extra shirts withhim in his travel bag. Or maybe the Hindu soldiers offered him one of theirs.
BTW, that TOD jacket looks alot like your new A-2. The same small pockets and everything.

Well, there's an obvious gap in the travel back to the villiage because he's got his jacket back, his hand is bandaged and Willie is in her other clothes. So it's safe to assume Indy had some other clothes with him.

The buttons are much lighter then in the shots before

also notice that how in that one pic there is writing on the outside of the mkvII

Isn't the jacket with the folded back zipper (seen in several scenes) suppose to be a French made substitute? I think the story is they had hoped to just use jackets from Raiders but ended up putting in a late order to Wested who was already filling a big order for Octop*ssy (apparently the title of that film is a naughty word - it wouldn't post). The filmakers had a copy made by some French firm as a last minute replacement. Supposedly, Ford hated wearing it because it wasn't tailored to him and was very ill fitting. Anybody else heard this story?

Havana, it seems to me I've heard that before as well. Probably over at COW.

I guess the only thing I ever noticed about the TOD jacket was that it looked a bit bigger on Ford than the Raiders one. Now with the LC jacket there is a very noticeable difference.

Yup, I've heard it too. However, what I heard was that Wested did make jackets, but sometime during production they decided they needed more and Wested, as you said, couldn't do it due to other projects.
