You can now order the new Official Indiana Jones baseball hat from StarWarsShop.com: shop.starwars.com/catalog/category.xml?category_id=336It's available in 6 colors, and most certainly kicks off the new wave of Indy merchandise that's sure to roll out for the new movie(s). Hey, they are alot better looking than the last "official hat" was! (cough...Dorfman...cough) Ken

I saw those over at COW and I didn't think they looked that bad. I also made the comment that if you zoom in on the logo for the one hat it looks similar to the artistic style of the hat and whip on our challenge coin. Then someone made the smart remark that the plane looks like the COW logo too. Now of course I know they got that from the Lucasarts stuff and I know the hat and whip are a standard logo for him. What I was trying to point out is that there are several ways to "style" that Fedora in a pic and that this looked like the coin one. It was just a simple remark and someone has to be a crappy about it. Oh, well.....Thanks for the heads up on these, Blues.....I may end up getting one along with a T-Shirt when I get some spare change.

Actually, I posted this thread 3 1/2 hours before VP did over at COW. I think they're cool looking, and may get one myself. Oh yeah, I read the same ignorant remarks over there about the design as well. Some people are too full of themselves to even see the truth anymore. Ken

My personal hope is that they'd start a whole new toyline spanning all of the films in the series like they've done with the Star Wars stuff. What can I say I'm a big kid! ahahaha....

Oh yeah, I read the same ignorant remarks over there about the design as well. Some people are too full of themselves to even see the truth anymore. Ken Just a few moments ago I was over at COW and bored as heck. I stopped into the thread VP started on this and started reading some of the newer comments. Now I don't think the hats are the greatest baseball caps I've ever seen but there not as bad what their saying they are over there. It's almost like their acting snobbish about wearing them. It's hilarious. Someone even said that the hats were probably meant for kids and those "geeky" fans who show up to conventions wearing those type of hats, sandals and over sized T-shirts. Then they turn around and say showing up in full gear is better?! How? Sure those type of events are a great place to wear it all without getting weird looks (maybe) but how is that any better than wearing a T-Shirt or Hat with the characters likeness? I don't understand this mindset. I think I would be a hypocrite if I called someone else a "geek" when I'm the one dressing in full gear and placing myself in pictures pretending to be Indy! All I can say is Thanks Again to you guys for setting this site up. At least everyone here has a level head and keeps all of this in the proper perspective.
