Thats nice. I was going to get a christy adventurer, but now im not too sure. Silly question, but what is the better hat between the swerford and adventurer for the Indy look?
Also does anyone know if there is much difference between the Akubra adventurer david morgan and Akubra Federation IV?

I cannot vouch for the Fed IV, but I have an Akubra Adventurer since retired somewhat when I got my Steele and Jones LC Explorador. The Adventurer is a nice hat, and it stands up to all the abuse that one wants to send it's way. I've wore mine in the rain, heat, dirt and it took it without a hitch. The color is darker than my S&J by a couple shades, but since it has about 4 years of dirt on it, its hard to tell. I've heard that the Fed is closer to the color than the Adventurer, but if you are looking for a hard wearing hat, then an Akubra is the way to go. On another note, Nick, that is a nice lid!!

Thanks for info but i fear the akubra david morgan will be similar to my akubra fed and is probably a little more expensive than the rest. That is why im opting for either a Christy swerford like the pics, or Christy adventurer.
Im finding it hard to decide between the swerford and christy adventurer.
