The flat sole is accurate, so as far as costuming goes, it's a plus. Nice boots! The photos are really contrasty, so can you tell me how dark the boots are? Steven

Yeah sorry about the photos, I took them with my phones flash. They are dark brown (Sorry I can't give a better colour). Hope this photo helps you more.

They look really good...Almost the same color as my Magnoli Adventure boots! As Pennsylvania Jones said, the flat soles are accurate and not as hard to walk in as one would think!

Those look even better than the pics at Todd's site. I'd be very interested in a pair sometime in the future. Nice grap, Strikeomen! -Josh

hey all, know I've been gone for ages, got on earlier to see how the Todd's rated. I will be going to Star Wars Celebration VI in Orlando in less than 3 weeks, and I decided on a bit of a change this year. In the past I went as Jedi Master Kenobi the first 3 days, then just normal on the Sunday... last time I stayed as Jedi Master Kenobi... This time I will be Indy on Sunday!!!! , hoping that these Todd boots will be the final piece to the puzzle of my essentials. (I don't have a good bulwhip... have one that was given as a gift, but doesn't look close to his at all, nor do I have a Webley or S&W) , but I will now have the fedora, shirt, jacket, pants, and boots! Hope they last a decent time... now I just need boots for my Jedi Master Kenobi costume ha

I bought the boots 18 days ago from todds and they still havent arrived. Are Todds usually this slow at shipping? They certainly are slow to answer emails as well.
Makes me think they dont care. Its my first time buying from them, so youd think theyd try and make a good first impression but obviously not. I wanted to buy other stuff from them as well, but may think twice now, although i wouldnt go as far to say i wont buy from them again.

Todd's Costumes are a really small business, but they are an honest one. Just give it some time. I'm sure they'll get back to you soon.

I can understand. I've ordered from Todd's Costumes and their products are great. Definitely good quality for the price you pay (which is really affordable). Plus you can try contacting them through the forum here. They are active members of the Indy Lounge as well. You can also call them via the phone number on their website. Hang in there. They'll get back to you.

How would i contact them through the forum.....but anyway they have got back to me.
I dont blame Todds, i think USPS are the problem. Its a fine line between how long you should wait for the item before deciding the item has been lost really. Because the longer it takes to deliver the more likely im to think it is lost. Waiting for the item isnt a problem really, as long as im garanteed ill recieve it at the end of the waiting.
But i also dont want to go around chasing my order by contacting USPS. As far as im concerned ive done my bit by paying for the item promptly. I shouldnt have any other responsibility than that. All i really feel i need to do now is open the door for the delivery guy.
