Howdy all! Was just wondering what you member with multiple whips do for storage or display? just trying to figure out the best way to have them displayed or packed away safely. thanks

Just keep them away from moisture, direct sunlight, off the floor if at all possible, in a coil that they are comfortable with ( nor forcing parts of it ). Other than that, it's pretty much up to you

I keep my whips loosely coiled (as Jeremy described) in non-slip whip holders (Dusty over at CNC makes a great one).
I tie a loop of string through the belt loop on the holder and hand them on the wall by small hooks. It keeps them up off the floor, out of the mouths of critters (mainly my cats) and allows me to display them.

Mine are coiled in the shipping box they came in, in the top shelf of the closet.

Be careful Sammy! That's how a mouse came to chew through the fall hitch strands and overlay of my Terry Jacka 10 ft. Indy 4 bullwhip. Thankfully it was fixable and Louie Foxx did a wonderful job, but I would keep it in a place more visible (or at least away from where mice or other rodents might smell the leather/ leather dressing and get hungry.) I would just hate for you to go through the frustration that I did of having a cherished piece of gear being damaged. Not only was the damage heartbreaking, but over a year's worth of time spent conditioning and using it to get it to roll out so effortlessly felt like it was down the drain. But thankfully Louie came to the rescue and it works as though it never was damaged at all! Can't thank you enough my man!

No problem. Not to get anyone paranoid about storing their whips, but I just want to make sure no one goes through what I went through. Not only had I put a lot of love and time into using that whip, but to make matters worse was that it was really expensive too.
