U.S. Wings signature size recommendation

I am looking at the U.S. Wings signature adventurer. I want a leather bomber style jacket that doesn't have the fabric cuffs and an Indy jacket fits the bill.

I am 5'7" and currently about 187lbs wanting to get to 180. I have a 36" waist, I don't see this ever getting below 34" and a 42" chest.

Would a large be too big? Fit is important to me and I don't want to look like I'm wearing a tent. I'm afraid a medium may be a little too small and a large may be a little too big?

What do you guys think?

My opnion, which isn't worth much, Is that medium might be a little tight and a large may be little big. I own a couple of wings and they tend, again in my opinion, to run on the large side.
