What do people think of the Wrangler Texas cord jeans half tuape? Would you say that it has a modern touch to the gear?
I don't really want to look like a complete indy when walking down the street but the colour combo seems to work in the modern style.

Vtrader, do you have a link to a picture of these jeans? That would help answer your question. Although, any decent earth tone works well with the Indy gear, even if it's just the jacket, or just the hat. Can't dress like Indy EVERY day 'Blues

I like them. I think those would look great with any of the gear. Although you have to be careful running in cords',......if you run fast enough, your inner thighs will catch fire, lol. 'Blues

I wear those. I got mine from Target. Though ,once in a while ,wearing the cordoroy gives me flashbacks of being in gradeschool and being punished by Sister Mary Margaret.

Yikes... school punishment memories would be enough to make me swear off a particular fabric for good. You must be a glutton for punishment Jorenz! I dig the close enough / spirit of Indy style stuff without wearing the full wardrobe. So, to me.... a modern or just alternate touch to the gear is a winner. Ken

I like them. I sometimes wear beige jeans just for some variety. I have a beige pair of 501's and Wranglers.
