Hey all, I mentioned this in the "man purse fear" thread, about a canvas strap to use with the MKVII. I had this one custom made by a shop online. It's brown canvas, adjusts to 72", and has heavy duty nickel swivel hooks, and a nickel buckle. Check it out: 'Blues

I knew you'd like this strap, West. I almost forgot,....this strap also has "X-Box" stitiching, lol. I just noticed while looking at the pics. It's also a little wider than the average Indy strap, at 1 1/2". I figured it would look better on my larger frame., and feel more comfortable on the shoulder. 'Blues

Oh man, I like that strap. Can you share the cost and shop information?

No problem, Steve. The link to the site is here: ahh.biz/catagories/webbing_straps.htmJust browse around a bit, you'll see all the cool things they can make. The cost was roughly $26.00 for 2 straps, shipped. There is a link to send a custom description of what you want, if they don't already offer it. There is a strap that can be purchased that is just like mine, but it only adjusts to 60". ahh.biz/products/Pre_made_straps/replacement_shoulder_straps.htmWay too short for me, and I'm 5'8". The average Indy strap is either 65", or 72". I just sent in a custom order, and they emailed me right back, with the pricing info. About a week later, they arrived at my door. Mike
