Thanks California, how does it compare to your Todd's shirts?

for the color and fit I'll take a Todd's a Little tight in the cuffs but with darker buttons i think it would make a good last crusade shirt this is after i re-button it

The Costumebase shirt doesn't look half-bad. Looks like a 3 on my accuracy scale. Closer than a Cabela's, but not as accurate as Todd's. The question is: Is it durable? Steven

Love the fabric on the Todd's, hate the cut. It's cut for some big-armed, short and fat pencil-necked dweeb. The arms are incredibly baggy to the point of absurdity-- rolling up the sleeves like in the movie just looks absurd. It's huge around the waist, and impossible to button around the collar.
As for this eBay shirt, can't stand the short epaulettes or the shape of the pockets. And I think my Cabela's close-enough looks more adventurish than the picture of the shirt on that mannequin, even without vertical pleats.

It sounds to me like an old WPG shirt. Steven

I know what I bought, thank you. If I owned a WPG shirt, I'd have said it was a WPG shirt.

Thanks again for all the input guys, I went ahead and ordered a Todd's yesterday along with a pair of the pants and the 8ft tan whip. I will probably wind up with one of the Costumebase ones in the near future. Worst case it ends up as a TOD bridge shirt. I will definitely end up changing the buttons.

I know what I bought, thank you. If I owned a WPG shirt, I'd have said it was a WPG shirt. I'm just saying that the oldest WPG shirts had those wild specs. I also remember reading that the oldest Todd's shirts were supplied by WPG. Steven

CJ, It may be the lighting, but, your costumebase shirt looks darker than mine. Yours looks more khaki colored. Where did you find those buttons? I've looked all over for something similar with no results.

hi guys and girls , i just got my costumebase shirt in last week , the color was a little (tad) darker the button are clear. but the material seemed abit heavier , not by much ,the epulates were 1/2 inch longer than the todd's . and the cloth lines down the front , seemed a little much if i may so , where on the todd's they seem natural , these just seemed kinda forced . and the front pockets were the same just forced . they just stood out a bit more , instead on being blended in with the rest of the shirt . i will post pics of both shirt's side by side soon.
