more than pleased with wested

Hello everybody, well last Monday I placed an order for a LC/CS jacket in authentic lamb from wested, and it arrived today! I can't believe it got here so fast, about 8 days. I'm very impressed with the jacket, extremely soft and light weight, the fit is perfect, its the third jacket I've ordered and all three orders have gotten here very fast and the jackets were very well made. I also have a raiders in washed goat & a CS in predistressed cowhide, I love the look of the PD cowhide & its tough as a tank, the washed goat has a lot of character to it and very soft. I'm going ti try to distress this jacket to give it some more character, but for now I'm just enjoying it. Peter & the wested team are very good at their craft & the quality is outstanding, I will definitely recommend wested to my friends & family. The only bad thing is I'm running out of excuses to get more jackets!. ill try to get some pics up soon,

That's good to hear. I like the pattern Wested uses, and the jackets always seem to look good.
Might be interested in whatever their toughest cowhide is myself.

Wested have been really picking their feet up recently.. Nearly all the recent posts about jackets from that have shown great examples of good construction and design.. Really good stuff to see!

Ron, I'd suggest the "pre-distressed Cowhide"... It's thick as hell.. I ordered a custom Raiders in it and have the photos over on Obi Wan.. Really thick, heavy and tough Cowhide.. Great stuff.. The conditioning is perfect as well, although perhaps a touch more "LC" than "Raiders"? Depending on what you're after... Well worth the order though..
