which is best when ordering a custom jacket from wested? ordering through the website, or giving them a phone call?

I have had all good communication with them ordering through the web. I DID however be sure to call a day or so before I ordered, introduced myself, asked a question or two then ordered. Gemma and Peter are very cool and it pays to build rapport with people. Hope this helps. I just got my second Wested. Pix posted today.....

Shiloh's suggestion sounds like a good one, and something I'd do if going for a custom jacket - it's always best to talk specifics through with a real person, rather than relying on a web form that may go awry for any number of reasons  Once you've agreed what you'd like to have done, you might then ask to complete an online order, just so that you then have a paper trail, safe in the knowledge that whatever you send through on the net is backed up by a proper conversation  Worth a try at least! |
