Harrison Ford stapled the fedora to his head to keep it from falling off!Okay, I never knew of this, and I do know it's an urban legend, but it's still funny! Is this news to anyone other than me?

It's just a joke Harrison made on the set. If he REALLY stapled the hat to his head, there'd be a lot more blood. Steven

that was the making of the last crusade..you can see the making of all the movies on youtube.. that particular part was when they were shooting the scene of him on the horse going after the tank..the hat was flying off..but they eventually got it, obviously..there def weren't staples in there lol

I know, I know. 'tis what I'm saying. Just wondering whether I was the only one who was oblivious of this stunt. I've never seen/hear of it before.

I've seen it before. It's on the Indiana Jones Bonus Material DVD that came out with the original DVD trilogy. Interesting way to keep on his hat.

Ah yes. When LC was released back in '89, this footage was was often run on the old Movietime channel all summer. Of course that channel is E today. I liked it as Movietime better though.
