The trailer for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides was released today.

I think it looks good. I've actually been to some of the places they filmed at, and seen in person The Black Pearl and the Queen Anne's Revenge (Blackbeard's ship). So for me I think the new movie will be good.

Well, while not being a fan of PotC, I know enough "continuations" of trilogies to expect how they turn out.

Usually sequels are not as good as the first ones, but this Pirates movie looks pretty good. And I've always been a fan of it, starting from the ride at Disneyland.

Excited as well Noah! I love POTC and grew up at Disneyland so I'm on board, the boat... errr... ship.

I grew up going to Disneyland too, ever since I was about 1 years old. Disneyland and POTC are awesome.

I really liked Stranger Tides better than Dead Man's Chest and At Worlds End, but all 4 have been good. Curse of the Black Pearl is still my favorite. I proposed to my wife at Cinderella's Castle 9 1/2 years and 10 trips ago and we have been going to Disney World ever since. I have always wanted to go to Disney Land to see where it all started and to check out the Indy ride!

I really enjoyed it too. I like this one and Curse of the Black Pearl about equally. At World's End is good too, so is Dead Man's Chest. So I like em all actually.

That's a great way to propose to your wife! Disneyland is great, and the Indy ride is awesome! I've never been to Disney World, but it looks really fun as well.
