worn hide look?

Hi everybody, I'm new here.

I ordered a wested raiders jacket in washed goat last may & loved it, so I decided to be alittle greedy & get another one, this time in a LC style ...unfortunately they didn't have washed goat available ( which is what I really wanted ) I liked the look of the WG, I like the matt finish...so I opted for the " worn look hide" . My question is the worn look hide a matt finish?...I know its a cowhide leather whice doesn't bother me, its more the finish I'm wondering about. Any information & details about this kind of leather would be great.

Guys - you could always try shooting Wested an email asking this very question - they could always take a pic of the leather for you

And Chris - you're right on how fantastic the washed goat hide looks ;D My Raiders jacket is in washed goat, and it's got great character straight out of the packing, which just increases with regular wear A lovely hide for jackets, and I'd highly recommend it for those who are after a jacket with character straight away!

No they're not, but in my experience at least, they've been fantastic I think you'll get a better response if you actually manage to get through to Peter, as Gemma seems to have slight difficulties every now and then with the computer. Plus Peter's the boss, so he knows the most about everything that goes on, and will have the knowledge you're after about the hides
