Not being a big fan of speed hooks on my boots I will be picking up a pair of these to replace my J.Crew close enoughs from a few years back.

Dunleavy - this is a bit of a personal question, but generally how wide are your feet? I only ask as I've got quite wide feet (once described as "German" by a boot salesman!), and am considering the ALDO offerings quite seriously. But I don't want to part with any cash before getting some decent info, so any you could offer regards width fittings would be great Having checked their website, I know they've got a shop within an hour's drive or so from home, but it's finding the time to get there!? Thanks in advance, Si

It wasn't really an issue with the width or length. My foot couldn't slide into the instep of the shoe. I have weird feet, lol you should be fine!

Cool, cheers for the info Sorry to hear that yours didn't fit, it's always a bummer when you find something that's perfect, and then find out it doesn't fit. I shall try and get hold of some ALDO boots at some point, but at the moment I'm waiting on a few other bits of Indy clothing!

Not all ALDO stores carry what is online. The ALDO at the mall near me had the black version but they were $99.00. They could "order" the brown ones but they were $99.00 plus tax & shipping for a grand total of $129.71. WTF?

Hmmm... one of the downfalls to a store having an online store as well as their high street retail presence I came across this recently, when seeing an item on a store's website, went into the store and got "Oh we don't stock that, because we're not considered a 'big' store" WTF?! If it's on your website, then you should stock it!! May give the 'local' ALDO store a call before visiting, just to make sure they've got what I'm after

Aldo Diangelo boots, in my opinion, are the best to go with other than aldens. I would take the Aldo Diangelos over Todds any day.

Yeah, did your boots arrive Indydude2 ? Having checked Aldo's website again, it seems they're completely out of UK size 10's on the Rodiguez - they've only got size 9's now Ah well, couldn't have afforded them right now anyway! Do please let us know how they fit/look etc, and don't forget to take some pics ;D

No they still haven't arrived they gave me a tracking number and it says they are set to deliver on Monday. See I checked and my nearest store had them in stock but they shipped them all way from Canada. I will post pics when I get them.

Hmm... that seems a long way to ship to New Mexico, especially when you've got a local store?! Perhaps it's a good thing we didn't travel through to our local store to check a pair out ;D Best of luck when they do arrive though, and do please keep us posted

Looks good indydude 2, nice and dressy! Maybe a bit too dressy for rugged Indy boots, but still very nice for dressier occassions!

Wow!! They look niiiiiiice ;D Damn, I really want a pair now! As nice as the Rodiguez look on their website, those Diangelo's look amazing Shall have to see how much they are, and possibly set aside some funds... EDIT: Would you recommend going a size up than you'd normally take to get the proper fit? Cos I've got odd feet, that sometimes fit 10's and sometimes 11's
