(And Stargate, I guess it's a sarcasm thing mate? No?) Indeedy doody ;D I can be quite sarcastic at times (nevaaah!), and it can take some getting used to, so apologies to our Atlantic brethren who just simply don't understand it Back on topic... It would be quite cool if the exhibition featured (as a nice memento) an "Indy" style treasure map as a guide to the different sections You know, something you wouldn't necessarily use on the day, but something that would definitely be cool to keep. Just a thought...

Yes we Americans have crappy grammar! LOL, but Sarcasm doesn't transfer well over text as stated before by Ben, and Stargate that's a cool idea. AND yeah

Yes, that's why we have emoticons. I normally put a ;D after a sarcastic remark, but for some reason, nobody interprets it that way. Steven

Is it coming to Japan? That's what I want to know... Without a doubt. The press conference revealed that some of the destinations were in the Asia-Pacific region so Tokyo is probably a sure bet.

Before reading this post, please know that while I'm Canadian, about 75% of my relatives are American so I'm not trying to start a fight... there has always been a bit of a disliking of Americans from Quebec.. not saying that's why but it's insane to not have it here. Jedimastered, if you're "not saying that's why", then why are you saying it? The exhibit isn't travelling to Mexico or Central & South America either but that doesn't mean Quebec doesn't like those people. Jedimastered is that who is putting it on? if so that makes sense. No, imtheflash, it doesn't make any sense. See the reasons that Stargate mentioned in his 2nd paragraph of post #35. The tour is probably designed to give those who can't visit the U.S. the chance to see this stuff. The exhibit is targeted for Europe and Asia-Pacific with only *1* Canadian stop (of the 12 planned). Possibly the only reason Montreal is even on the itinerary is because X3 Productions is based there. The term American applies soley and specificialy to U.S. citizens as Buck stated. if you are from Mexico your a Mexican. and Canadian you are from Canada. Being from canada or Mexico doesnt make you american. And Indiana Jones isn't from mexico or canada. he's from the USA. try to come into the US and say your an american because your from Canada the border patrol will laugh at you. Put it this way- Lets say a Beatles exhibit was going on tour but it was skipping England. While I agree that the term applies to the North American point of view, it's not always the case for the rest of the world. Every summer I go to Italy because my girlfriend's parents have a villa there. All the neighbours KNOW that they've been living in Canada for decades but they ALL refer to them as "Americano". Also, here in Switzerland I've been called so-and-so's American friend even though the people speaking know that I'm from Canada. Across the ocean, the distinction isn't as important since they seem to lump people together as being from 'over there' - the Americas. Food for thought... Don't worry, no one would ever try to tell a border customs officer that they are American simply because they're from Canada. That is just plain silly. As for a Beatles exhibit skipping England: Yes, that has happened before. Just like the King Tut tour isn't travelling around Egypt. Sorry bud, but the only REAL Americans are the folks from the good old USA! thats why people from Canada are called, Canadians and people from Mexico are called, MexicansTechnically they are North Americans not just "Americans" that title is for people of the USA only. I'm just one really proud American Techically, the REAL Americans are the native tribes. Everyone else descended from immigrants!

Stoo... Thanks for that, I'd guess that Tokyo was a good option for something like this, but it's usually rather hit & miss as to what comes here... If it arrives I'm more than sure that there would be a lot of people here who want to see it.. So I'm rather hopeful... Thanks again..

No map to keep, Stargate, but something very cool is planned. From the press release: "Indiana Jones and the Adventure of Archaeology transforms the museum experience into a multimedia and interactive adventure. Visitors will be immersed in the world of Indiana Jones, an environment created by state-of-the-art technology and spanning over 1,000 square metres. Equipped with a video companion, visitors will embark on a quest to uncover the true origins of archaeological mysteries. Charged with comprehensive educational content, photos and videos, the interactive hand-held devices will guide visitors on the “Indy Trail” and through the various archaeological zones. Visitors will also have the ability to create their own adventure with an interactive quest." imtheflash: It's good to know that you think everything I wrote makes sense. I was beginning to wonder!

John Rhys-Davies was in Montreal for the special advance premiere of the exhibit on April 27th!
Plus, Harrison Ford does the opening audio intro! (I recorded it but the sound quality isn't very good.)

I had the opportunity to visit the exhibit yesterday while on my vacation in montreal. It was amazing! Could not have been happier with the presentation and content! I will post a full review and some pictures as soon as I get a chance when I get back to New York. As an avid Indy fan, I was honored to walk amongst the props, costumes and actual artifacts that the exhibit offered.
And of course it wouldn`t have been a complete Indy experience without running into a fellow hardcore Indy fan such as myself! If you`re reading this, dude, I`m sorry to have forgotten your name. I noticed him when I walked into the Temple of Doom section. He was rocking a Wested denim raiders, a Todds shirt and a Todds satchel. I am extremely angry at myself for not bringing any of my gear, however I just couldnt fit anything else into my suitcase.
