I'll do it for you, then. Alright, let's see... The dimensions of the image is 450(w) by 669(h). The height we want is 100, and the width we want, let's call x. 669/100 is 6.69. 450/6.69 is 67.264573991031390134529147982063. Your avatar should have a width of 67 or 68 pixels. Steven

I wouldn't say a genius... I had help from a calculator, and I messed up at one point and got a result of over 3,000 pixels wide. ;D But it beat the Spanish Lesson I was supposed to be doing. ;D Steven

3000 pixels? LOL. I dread to think what kind of results I'd get! LOL.

You'd probably just get a notice saying you must enter an integer between 0 and 100.

Well guys, I ordered my jacket on Tuesday and I eventually went for the LC/CS Authentic Lambskin type, instead of the goatskin. I changed my mind at the last minute. LOL.
Now, I'm having problems with the payments. I decided to pay by bank transfer (before I set up my Paypal account) and they're having problems. I've e-mailed Gemma with the details of what I have done to pay them. I'm awaiting a response from them. I wish I'd waited until I made my Paypal account before I did this. Ah well!
Has anyone else had trouble with Wested's service?

Might it have been easier to phone them with a debit card number?

Kt. Templar, you're quite possible right. LOL. But I don't have any real opportunity to call them during working hours because I work full time myself.
It seems to be that Wested are the people I'm having most trouble with. All the rest (Marc & Stefan from AB, Kim Flugel from AB and Todd's Costumes) have been fantastic!

I have never understood what the problem they have with communication is.
I handle 50 or so emails a day and the rest of my work, it really isn't that hard.

Then again I don't send out 30+ parcels a day to all corners of the globe. Then it amazes me how people are able to get their stuff from them at all if their communication problems are this constant.

It seems that a vast majority of their sales come via their eshop. Once ordered they get an itemised order come into the shop and it is filled.

Hi guys Just wanted to add that I have 2 Wested jackets and the service was great both times. I got replies to my emails after just a few hours and Gemma was really helpful. I guess some people are just unlucky. I love my jackets and are ordering again soon Graeme

Well, I guess it depends on how close you are to their shop. I can imagine the midland area of the UK being closer to their shop than Ireland.

Well yeah, they have to cross the Irish sea to get to Northern Ireland, but I shouldn't suspect it'd take too long. At least, I hope not anyway. LOL.
