hey everyone, the jacket arrived this morning. It's another fantastic job by Wested. Thanks Peter ounce again. That 3 for 3 from Wested. I'll post pics as soon as i get a chance to take them.

First, congrats on your new Rocketeer jacket and to it fitting right, Bending Oak.  I think there's a dilemma with any of us owning Rocketeer in order to screen grab some shots at the moment. I know Gonsolo has a copy but is unable to do screengrabs. Maybe there's a shot from the web somewhere? Bah, someone's bound to show up with screenshots of it here. |

Thanks Tone. These are from a custom Action Figure( I think it's custom) on Ebay. Good idea about where the jacket sits though. Kind of high on the waste, like a real A-2.

The jacket looks amazingly accurate to me.    Note: The film jacket does not have the wrist straps that the doll version has. |

That jacket is such a beautiful color. The doll outfit looks more like the outfit from the comics. In the movie, I think there's a scene when he rides up on a motorcycle and the jacket doesn't have the bib attached. I may be mistaken about that.

havana , the comic hand no side straps and shoulder straps either. The coimc was more like Abbyshot's jet jacket.
You are right about him wearing it without the bib n the beginning of the movie ( no buttons eithe).
