Here you go, for some reason the front view is a bit skewiff, the person taking the photo didn't tell me to tidy myself up! I have really short arms, and have since had the sleeves taken up a little. This is the Mk1 it's slightly redder than the Mk2 they currently sell.

I've been meaning to purchase this because wearing a leather jacket in the tropics just doesn't sound right... or good for one's health (heatstroke?).
I see your problem with the jacket. Weird! Can't you pull the left side down for the right side to go up?
Anyway, I purchased a non-Indy brown denim jacket here in the Philippines. It's an A&F (abercrombie & fitch) Sentinel (that's what it says on the label) jacket. It's nowhere near the Indy style jacket, but the color is nice and goes well with my fedora.

I was in Hong Kong in April, I took my washed goat jacket (washed goat is about as warm as lamb to wear) thinking that I might be able to wear it in the evenings. Not a chance!
At the coldest times in HK when it gets down to about 10°C and there is that cold continental wind blowing off China then it would work fine. But that is only a very short time I suspect!

Imagine being here in the Philippines... I'm sure it's much hotter here. That's why I cannot buy a leather jacket. The only time it would be okay to wear a leather jacket here in the Philippines is in Baguio City (a city on top of a mountain) and probably in cinemas where they have the AC cranked wayyyy up.

what color is the denim version? is it dark brown, or a sandy brown like on wested's site?
