Ok, so I was practicing out in the garden this weeking with my brand new bullwhip, when I realized that the cracker was about to come off. So I analyzed how it was attached, took it off and put back on an inch away from the fall's end. Being a smart ass (that I THOUGHT), I figured that if I tie a little of the fall INTO the knot, this this will NEVER come off again. WRONG!!! Half an hour later - after the probably loudest crack I ever did - I looked at the fall and the cracker was gone It had ripped the fall where it was attached and even after searching for it for half an hour, I couldn't find it So, where - preferable in Europe - can I get a new cracker? Thanks, Marc

Yow can easily make them yourself, you just need to find the right sort of string/twine.
It's often reffered to as baling twine. The closest I've found is the green polypropolene garden twine, it's about 1mm diameter and seems slightly waxed. Good luck looking for black.
1. Cut yourself a piece about 75cm to 1m long. Attach one end to a fixed point (something like a hook or a nail) then loop the other end around a pen or something.
2. Wind the string round and round and round until it doubles up on itself, you'll find the more you wind the better it doubles. Keep it taught and 'undoubled'.
3. When it is as tight as you want, measure to the halfway point and fold the twine in two. It will twist tightly together.
4. Tie off the loose end maybe 7-8cm in, cut and fray the end.
Voila you have a cracker!
