im sure you guys know what im talking about but i cant figure out how to do it.
im trying to get the collar on my jacket like Indys.
the back is flipped up sometimes while the corners in the front are down. but i cant do it on mine without flipping the whole collar up.

Got any screencaps to better illustrate this effect? With lots of wear the collar should lay correctly over time, or you can sometimes shape or train a collar to lay a particular way if the leather is wet (say, after a rainstorm) and you work it for a while by hand and then let it dry that way. But to get into more detail I'd have to see what sort of shape you're trying to repicate.

i think he means the back of the collar standing straight up and not doubled over and then the front laying normally, i did this with a bike jacket exactly the way GCR describes, do it when its wet and it should dry out that way, i found that if you just flip the collar all the way up it doesn't look right but if you fold the collar just a little way down from the top it seems to help the front lie flatter
