Some time ago I made my own version of the Belloq Bottle etiquette. I don't know if anyone did it before, but I've never seen it and I wanted it taking part in my collection. I did it more "occidental" writing. I even doubt movie version has any witting but some arabic markings, as you can see in the other movie stills I post. I've been doing my homework and i know René Emile Belloq family grape fields are in Forteresse Malevil, near Marseille, where he was born. According to his reaction during the movie, we must suppose Marion and he were not drinking just wine (his family main business), but something stronger. Eau de Vie is some kind of "water of fire" made of wine, quite common in France. In Spain is called "Aguardiente". Anyway, i made a template of this one without occidental writing, in case someone has some more accurated movie markings. Collar around the neck of the bottle is quite similar that the ones we can found in actual wine bottles. Even the shape and the size of the bottle can be easily found nowadays in any store of wines and liquors. Ok, the final etiquette is this one: Hope you like it... And sorry for the long post. I'm still waiting for a more accurated etiquette text. As i stated, I made it more "occidental" but it's quite clear original bottle had some arabic markings on it. Belloq claimed it was his family label and I wanted to make the French version of it, but any help would be really appreciated to find out the real markings. Best Wishes.

While watching the movie I swear I thought it said BELLOQ in a weird looking font. The screen caps make it look distorted somehow. Great job, that label looks great, the background is so detailed. Fantastic.

Great work re-creating the label! Now all you need is to put this on a bottle of good wine and sell it at a premium price! Or.... put it on a bottle of cheap wine, and in a thousand years, maybe it will be worth something. Thanks for sharing, Ken
