First off...there were no Wested jackets in Raiders... 
;D I'm just messin' with ya...technically, though, the company Peter owned and operated at that time was not called Wested, but was instead called Leather Concessionaries or something like that. The name change to Wested Leather came later, I believe, so while Peter made the jackets, they weren't technically "Westeds".
Anyways, that's just me being picky, sorry...on to your question:
Brown or Dark Brown...well, Wested offers the "Authentic" brown color which supposedly duplicates the original color of the leather jackets they made for Raiders, but BE FOREWARNED, unless you've got some whacky color settings on your computer monitor AND TV screen, it's not going to look like the color of the Raiders jacket throughout MOST of the movie, unless you do some serious distressing. It does seem to match up with the color of the jacket in certain scenes towards the beginning of the movie (the South America scenes), but I've always found the Dark Brown color to match up more closely with the color the jacket appears to be throughout much of the film (Well of Souls, Flying Wing, Truck Chase, etc.)
