Greetings ~ Firstly ~ PF ~I am VERY glad that you like the gifts/props PF, that means I have "your" approval on the look, style of the props sent to you, and I am also glad that the tips of Hovito Darts arrived safely w/o being broken ~ I should add, for your interest, that the material used to cover the Map and such ~ is vintage 30's ~ ~ so, it also has an effect to it. I found it laying around some stuff I had here in the Indy Shack... plus ~ I also found several things from that era, so I am excited in knowing that I have a purpose for some of the things I will create in the future. GCR ~ If YOUR really intrested in the Raiders Map ~ please contact me concerning the Map request ~ I know I said I will only make 2 and no more, I will make an exception in this case. ~ Thanks (everyone) for all the comments ~ Respects to all! ~

Being the noob around here, I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong. However, I am looking at pictures of the prop in my Lucasfilm archive book and it appears to me that the headpiece of the Staff of Ra on your replica has the same inscription on both sides.

I believe it only took about 2 weeks. Try to shoot him a best offer first. Low ball your price if he wants $30 best offer him $15.

It shipped straight to my house but I was at work. The post office left a note telling me to pick it up at the post office.

yea costume bay is great for close enoughs. The double inscription is the reason i didnt get that. I was lucky to go to a local con and find someone selling the head piece for 25 bucks. So i grabbed one, but i couldnt remember if it was a red or amber jewl... i grabbed the red lol, DAM!!! I need to fix that still.

Indakin, what is you headpiece made of? I have the same one Harry has, with the double inscription, and one made of resin. The resin one is more accurate, but it's made of resin... so I guess it's not really accurate. ;D -Josh

I've always wanted the headpiece like that one, the "side B" should have different markings though, coz it says "give back one kaddam to the hebrew god whose ark this is" stating the staff is one kaddam shorter t ofool the unweary I believe your version says "insert this side up into DVD player" but you need a Tannis region DVD player built in the same time period for it to work
