I would like to get an actual replica raiders style gun now, and Im not sure what to get. The rubber version from western stage props looks cool, and a rubber gun sounds cool and its cheaper than some resin copies out there. I know it has a few errors, like in the top of the gun, but what else is really that wrong? Anyone own one and have first hand experience?

Well, I have the rubber Webley. I really like it. It does have some imperfections, like a few air bubbles. The big thing about the Webley is it's not actually the right gun. It's a Mark IV. The ones used in the movies are Mark VI's. The difference is in the sight on the barrel, the trigger, the word "Webley" written on the handle, and the overall size of the gun is a bit smaller (I think). I've been really curious to see what the S&W looks like in real life. I hope this helps. -Josh

Greetings ~ I placed this post in the Marketplace, as someone was looking for a Webley. So, I thought the info could be of some use here. ============================================== Trying to find a Webley (replica or the real deal) is a (somewhat) difficult task. NOT IMPOSSIBLE, just tricky ~ I am looking for a (real) deactivated one and that can cost (anywhere) from 500$ - up to 2k$ depending on the shape/condition of the weapon found. To find a (active) Webley will cost you from 2k$ - 5k$... again dependant of the condition. I have the WSP Webley (rubber prop version) currently... and I am pleased with it, however it needs some painting, and distressing effects added to it. Here is the link for the WSP rubber version: www.westernstageprops.com/miva/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=WSP&Product_Code=IJG1&Category_Code=IJCThough (very soon) I will be getting this version... Here are the links to both places that sell the version above: www.tokyohobby.net/store/product_details.php?p=982www.wwiiguns.com/store/product_details.php?p=368I hope this info helps. Respects ~ IE
