While at the movies, there was a display for the new Simpsons movie, that me and my son decided to get a picture with: Check it out!

;D ;D Great shot! How often do you get a chance to sit on the couch with Homer and company? Very cool, Ken

I saw that display at the theater I went to see Spidey 3 at here in town. I'm surprised you were able to do that. I wouldn't think they'd allow that or that you'd be able to have any kind of a camera in the theater. Was that shot with cell phone camera? Cool idea though and cute pic. Did they also have that giant Silver Surfer statue in your theater lobby as well? I thought that was cool.

Very awesome pic, 'Blues! It's a cool display no matter what, but especially cool you and your son were able to sneak a pic in there. Nice! -GCR

Yeah, that display was in the lobby, right near the exit, so they didn't mind folks taking pics with it. It was a cameraphone shot, hence the poor quality. They also had the Silver Surfer display, and that was amazing. The pic I took of that came out horrible. Anthony loved it, and I couldn't resist taking the pic. 'Blues

The Simpsons seem to entertain a lot of guests... And this reflective gentleman was right next to the famous couch... I actually tried to get a shot of us standing up, close, and personal with old Silver there, but the usher came and stopped and then explained the sacredness behind the "velvet rope." I actually kinda wished that they had a Spidey life size display at the theatre! Oh well...

Yeah, there's the Surfer statue. Not that would be cool to be able to take home and display in your house......Heck, so would the Simpsons.
You'd have to have a pretty big house though. ;D
