Hi thought I share my new grail this has been a very hard thing to do this grail from shape to color and aging.I used some of Kevj tutorial and some of my own invention in painting and aging please give me some feedback on this one I am really curios what you forum members think of it here is a picture of it with the original in the corner i56.photobucket.com/albums/g182/indianaholt/ultimategrailcopy.jpgHolt

Looking good, Holt. What is it made of? To be honest I think your prop looks better than the original. How hard was it to make this and did you spend a lot on supplies?

wow!!you can't be serios? it's made of rock clay and it was very hard to do.it is painted in 6 different ways,just to get the right color shine to it. so basicly i used 6 colores and sandpaper,oil and real dust! holt

wow!!you can't be serios? holt Yeah, I am..... Yours has a little bit more of a defined shape. The original prop is a little "thick".......especially at the base. Of course this in my own personal taste and opinion. I would buy yours over the original if I had a choice and the cash! ;D

Harry! Now that's a compliment!!!thanks I agree with you on the thicknes of the base,your personqal taste is the same as mine :Di like it that it became a little thinner at the base,this happend in the baking prosses and thanks Indianadirk Now on to next grail! the screen accurate prop.thats why I requested the screengrabs.I'll post when it's done Holt
