I was talking to Tone the other day and he commented (rightfully) that most of my gear was too clean. He's right of course I don't baby my jacket or hat but we don't have much desert dust out here. Anyway long story short here are my completely non screen accurate gloves but very screen accurate distressing . Just wear them when doing the garden

It's funny you mention this. I've been looking at getting some other Indy gloves and I can't seem to find any that are close here in town without the "palm grips" on them. The closest I've found are the ones like yours with the cloth trim around the end of them. The best way to distress the gloves is use them for anything under the sun. The ones I do own are finally starting to look better but there not very comfortable to wear. Your gloves look good by the way.

Just wear them when doing the garden Exactly If you have a garden that's all it will ever take. Cheers, G-MANN

Walmart seems to have these intermittently.
KT, I wasn't bagging on your gloves, I just said something to the effect that you keep your stuff clean.
We both know a brand new Wested lambskin that's kept clean tends to look pleathery. I wasn't implying your stuff was horrendously clean, though.

But hasn't that always been the case with leather? I got those gloves in a army surplus store they were less than $10, I can't remember the brand, they are the only ones I've got that are thin enogh for everyday use. Most garden type gloves are too thick and hurt to wear. Shame about the red edging, they don't have reinforced palms. But the thumb is wrong. But for the price I think they are a good buy.

Thanks
No - they are a pair of cheap working gloves from a convenient store. They are made in Denmark - but I can't remember the brand.

KT, Which bag and strap are in the picture. I'm weighing my options for a bag purchase and need to collect data. Btw: I love your country. London is my favorite city.
