Hey gang, just wanted to give a heads up, for those that haven't heard yet. Rick5150 and I have created a new website, that is dedicated to not only our favorite archaeolgists lucky jacket, but to all jackets made popular in our favorite films.
The X-Men Trilogy, War of the Worlds, the Rocketeer,Terminator Triilogy...you name it. Even jackets from some of your favorite television programs, such as House, Happy Days, etc.
We figured, there are so many sites out there, dedicated to just individual films, and/or vendors that sell their wares all over the web. Why not put all this together in one easy to navigate, educational site, to pinpoint exactly where to find that jacket you've always wanted.
We'd like to cordially welcome you to come join our little site,...and help make it bigger and better. It is in its infancy as of right now, and Rick and I are feverishly working on getting it up to par. We would like all who are interested in Film Jackets to come and join, and have a look around.
AND, if you would be so kind, fill out a feedback form, telling us what you like, or dislike about the site so far. We want your input, so we can make this a great place to visit.
Feel free to give us suggestions on jackets you would like to see profiled. Doesn't have to be a leather jacket,...just a cool one. For example, James Deans red windbreaker from "Rebel Without a Cause", or Robert Redfords baseball jacket from "The Natural"
Maybe you own several different film jackets already, and possibly know more about them than we do. Please, let us know, post a review, send us your pics, etc. We will credit you with the find.
Well, Rick and I hope to see you at our site, and we hope you enjoy the experience.
Thanks,
Mike Sicoli
