Does Wested have email?

OK, I ordered the jacket on May 2nd. Credit card has been charged, but have not heard nothing from wested. I went to their contact page and tried email, nothing. Been busy and unable to get to call them during office ours.

Is it common for a standard jacket order to take nearly a month(FAQ says max 21 + 3 days), even though I am in the UK so shipping should not take that long?

They have been really bad at answering emails lately it seems.

Remember we've had a couple of bank holidays this month so that adds an extra couple of days. You are just about due and the cc charge confirms they have had the order.

I'd say try and give 'em a call lunchtime tomorrow just to chase them and see where they are, Peter is out this week so you'll probably get Gemma.

Kt , they always had a problem answering e-mail my friend. It's just not a strong piont with them. You just have to keep on top of them. You have to make some noise or they wont pay any attention to you.
