I'm now offering whip holders based on Ben Scott's "non-slip" design. This is the only type of holder that really does what it's supposed to - hold the whip!! My holders are made of heavy veg tanned cowhide, very rugged! The kangaroo lace can be adjusted and securely tied so that the holder is a perfect fit for your whip. Once tied, you can trim them shorter if you so wish. Then it's just a matter of clipping it round your whip. The holder is a quick release design for a fast draw if you get surprised by baddies! 20Euros inc. shipping

Looks great, Pagey. I made one for myself a long time ago and I use it all the time. I have to say about 99% of the time it works just fine. Although, I think my whip slips a little because it's thinner than most. I'm sure if I had one like yours or DM it wouldn't go anywhere.

Look good and always useful.... since most holders don't work very well. Actually, the one non slip whip grip holder that John came up with, about a year and a half ago still works great for me. It used a rubber lining inside to grab the whip. I used tire patch rubber for mine, and I think John used a bike tire inner tube on his. Ken
