I don't think it's ever been confirmed that the Raiders jacket had prongs on the buckles, only the TOD.

IndyBlues: Thanks for taking the time to show off the jacket, I'm sorry it didn't fit perfectly the first time, but I'm happy it's getting worked out!

Todd: Great work on the jacket! I'm sure you're not really happy going to an almost made-to-measure jacket since I know you really wanted to do these in off the rack sizing, but it does seem that it'll cut down on any sizing issues in the future, and I know there are many people (myself included) that would rather buy a jacket with a few more sizing options than just S M L XL...

And not that I'm surprised at all, but it's still very cool to see you working hard to fix Mike's jacket quickly. Many people out there think the end of the deal is when they put something in a box and mail it, but the true test of any good vendor is how they deal with people when there is a problem. Great products and great service is something I appreciate and it'll keep me coming back to you every time I need another piece of Indy gear.



P.S. Maybe the UPS guy will buy Mike's jacket.

Knowing how fast Todd is at delivering I'd say IB won't have to wait to long to get the new jacket. Which is always a plus when it comes to ordering gear!

IB -- that jacket has tons of potential. I was just turned off by the collar and the sleeves initially, so I'm pleased to hear it's probably more of an illusion due to the fit issue.

I'm glad to see Todd taking such good care of you.

I sent the jacket back today, and Todd is working on my replacement. He is aware of the blousey sleeve, and the large collar. he is going to take that into consideration on the remake.
I've got my fingers crossed.
