Newb gets G&B Expo goat - updated with more pics

I'm wondering, have any of you guys used the Pecard's lotion on these G&B or Wested goat jackets?

I've been inclined to let the jacket age naturally, but it could soften up a bit more. So, I've been wondering if adding Pecard lotion would be the way to go?

Well, some preach to put Pecards evertime the jacket gets the least bit damp, but I only do mine when I put them away for the summer. Sometimes when I take it out in the fall, I may treat it again. The G&B I haven't done anything to so far, since it is still in like new condition.
