The trailer has been pulled by the site for unstated reasons. I wish I wouldn't have waited until now to try and see it.

Hmmm......Maybe they didn't want anyone to see it yet.

Check out the new "First Look" trailer of Will Smith in "Hancock": www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=44414I know it has a real comedic tone to it, but given the way the story appears to play out, the production level, and Will Smith's track record as a huge action star (especially in July)... I think this is going to be a pretty big hit. Ken

I've seen the new trailer over at AICN and it looks a great movie (I already thought so when I saw the first trailer), and there are a lot of funny moments in the movie, but be prepared for some serious moments as well! It has a great potential to be one of the big hits.

I read the entire plot to this movie a few weeks ago. I'd be willing to put money down that this film is going to tank after the opening weekend.......It's NOT what they're making it out to be. In fact they almost give away the "twist" in the latest trailer. Might make a decent rental but that's about it. Just don't say I didn't warn you. I'll bet you this is one of the biggest hits of the year. Ken

It'll probably do well, but I've heard that they are having problems with it and pulled all scheduled previews and are recutting it.
Apparently the first trailer made it look much funnier than it really is and it has a somewhat....sleezy edge that some are finding hard to stomach.

I read about the scene they were removing because of it's content, and they even did some re-shooting. However, three things are strongly in this movie's favor as a big hit this summer: 1. They addressed the questionable content instead of ignoring it. 2. The trailers look both funny and action packed. 3. Will Smith is Mr. July 4th weekend for a reason. So, I think it will be a alot of fun and a pretty big hit this year. However, I had high hopes that Indy 4 would be great too, so I guess anything can happen. Ken

Hancock debuted to an estimated $107.3 million over its five-day run. Thanks to the strong number, the Will Smith-starrer has quickly become the third-biggest Fourth of July opener of all time after Transformers and Spider-Man 2. www.canmag.com/nw/11665-hancock-box-officeI'm glad to see that Will Smith can still fill the seats for an Independance Day weekend.
