I had been putting photos from particular set locations in those threads. However, sometimes you have no idea where the photo was taken, specifically. So, here's a thread dedicated to those types of shots. Of course, any Indy 4 photos can go in here as well. Ken

Another shot from the same time frame as above... Ford, Lucas, and possibly Spielberg on the set: Ken

Great pics. It's so cool to see Harry in the gear, and smiling. He seems to be having a great time. 'Blues

OMG! I just noticed it says 'Han Shot First!!!' Why is George Lucas of ALL people wearing a shirt that says THAT?! He buggered it up to begin with!

I never stopped to look at his shirt, but you're right! What's he doing wearing that after the change he allowed? Ken

;D ;D ;D ;D OMG, I just noticed that myself. This just proves that George has a split personality. The original George doesn't like New George so he put on that shirt. ;D

All I can hope is that it was also "original George" who signed off on the Indy 4 script! -GCR

The press photo from the first Comicon video: A video cap from the second Comicon video: Has anyone else noticed that it looks like Ford is wearing the bag over the jacket instead of under it. The clothes were probably just thrown together for this interview session. Still, it's funny to see him with the bag worn outside of the jacket like that. Ken

Nice catch on the bagstrap being over the jacket in those pics, Ken! I'm hoping you're right and this was just some quick mistake done in between takes. Seeing Indy wearing the bag over his jacket would just be weird. I'm beginning to wonder if anybody actually went back and watched the first three movies to pick up on little details like this. After all, you've also got the whole lack of gunbelt issue as well as the whipholder attached directly to the web belt deal. All these little things are starting to pile up enough to be an annoyance to an obsessed gearhead like myself. ;D

Dear God! What if all of these little "gear mistakes" are part of the plot? Maybe in this film Indy's senile! Towards the end of the film he wears his shirt over his leather jacket and his underwear on the outside of his pants!!! ;D

I'm sure there is a very good reason for this. I'm guessing since it's taking place in the 1950's, one is not allowed to carry a gun (openely and not concealed) wherever one goes contrary to the 1930's. Maybe he has a liscence to carry a concealed weapon and puts it in the sachel ? Although if that is the reason for the abscence of the gunbelt, that would have been a good opportunity for a gear change, and to have Indy wear a shoulder holster concealed under the jacket.

If there's anything that needs to be "historically inaccurate" in this film the "gun belt" issue needs to be it.
That holster is a big part of his overall look to me and he just doesn't look right without it. Heck, I'd be fine with them putting the tie back on him if it meant getting the holster back. ;D

Here's another new one showing Ford on the set. We get the trademark upturned brim shot here: Ken

Hmmm......Did you notice he's not wearing the web belt on the pants? Maybe he's not fully in gear in this shot. I'm just wondering if maybe that's first image the gun belt....It certainly is a lighter brown color if that's what it is.....

It might be a safety belt of some kind, just used (or about to be) in a scene.
