Just wanted to pop in here to give everyone a little update. I have been working real hard on getting my list down. it grew out to 7 1/2-8 months. The past year I put my single focus on getting that down. It's down to 3-4 months and hope to get it down even more before the end of the year. I would suggest if your thinking of x-mas gifts this year I would start putting those orders in now. Just a heads up to those thinking that way.
I will be implementing new option for getting a even more custom fit for customers. It's one of my main focus on making hats.
I have a few more hat offerings that are finish but need to get photographer and model together as to have some great shots to show them off as well as photos with my current offerings. It always better to see hats worn to show how they really look. Again another revamp of the website and how I show the hats off for customer to make their choices easier.
The list of new hat offerings are a couple western hats, porkpie and cattlemens, I know what you guys, Is john getting into western hat. not really but have have been asked so much for a few western style and I want to make people happy so just a few. I have a young indy hat as well and a dress porkpie style.
I have a new rabbit felt in the works. specially made for me to replicate for the raiders hat even better. I discovered something about rabbit felt ( and before you ask, Im not telling) that I have figured one of the things that made certain vintage borsalinos so thin and light.
I also have a premium line of hats soon to be. It will be a 50/50 blend. 50% beaver and 50% beaver belly.
I'm very excited about this felts because they will be specially made for me. I have spent a lot of time over the past 1 1/2 years getting these two felts to become a offering of mine. I would love to have these two up and running before the x-mas holiday. It depends on a few things. one, I need to get some good pics and vids showing off the new felts and I need of course to have all products in hand. The premium line will be most likely a special order because the felt is not a normal every day felt being made. neither is the new Indy rabbit felt but that I keep stock of.
I'll keep you posted and if you have any question I can answer feel free.
