I'd like to know if any of you bought stuff from them lately. 95% of the reviews I've found on the web were all pretty bad. Everybody seems to have had bad experiences with them but all I read dates from like 2006-2008! I'd like details too. Read about the awfull fertility idol somewhere but as reel art upgraded there stuff since? Was it the bad looking 60$ version these guys bought or the ok looking 130 $ version? If the stuff is so bad, can we see actual pics? All I saw came from the low end stuff...And again from 2006...

Judging from the pics, I always thought their Headpiece was more accurate than at least Costumebase's replica.

Here is the Reel Art headpiece pictured on the left compared to the $19 resin model I got for my birthday. I had to do a little light sanding and exacto work on the model and I had to paint it and attach the jewel.

I think their $160 idol is the best for the money.

Their idol is the only thing I've heard anything good about. There are plenty of horror stories over on the COW forum concerning this company. My advise is save up a little more money for the prop you're wanting. You'll save money in the long run and you'll definitely be happier with the higher quality product. It goes without saying but I'll say it anyway. You Get What You Pay For.

In most cases you are correct. But every once in a while.....................

Thanks for the picture. That was the one I was really considering. The picture of the Reel Art one didn't look real good but I thought someone may have bought one anyway. Did you buy yours finished or did you finish yours yourself?

Great looking tablet. It may have just sold me on Golden Armor. I really like the fact that it is hollow in the back. Makes it easier to display on a wall.
