Hey Patchcamel,
Thanks again for all your great pics and info!
I can still remember the times when the Internet was not available and we, Indy fans, were trying to find the right gear worldwide. What an ordeal that was!
So, thanks to technology and to generous fans like you...we now have the right Indy gear (the before so-elusive 'grail') just one click away!
THANKS! Fortune and Glory!

Great photos Patch!
I'd say that the Todd's shirt is a touch closer in colour to the Azuma Last Crusade I have...Slightly more sand coloured than what I see in the Raiders...Like you, I'd agree entirely with Magnoli being the pick of the bunch...His shirts are lovely to wear too, and until my Azuma arrives, I'll also be sticking with my Magnoli for "Raiders" styling....
The Todds is decent though...Just a touch closer to the Last Crusade!
Interestingly, your Wested shirt is miles away from mine in colour...The design seems about the same, but mine is a touch too "green" for my liking and it rarely gets worn...(Ever actually...)..
Warm regards.

Cabela's produced a safari style shirt, Im quite sure its not screen accurate to the point, but it looks like the Wested shirt and I got mine for only $25

Of all the shirts on this thread, I wonder if someone would comment on the weight of the material. Which is the heaviest, which is the lightest, etc.? Are they mostly a tropical weight cloth, or are they a little beefier? Also something about the tightness of the weave. Of all the brands, who do you think uses the best quality cloth, not considering cost as a factor? Thank you.

Gary, I only own a 1st generation Todd's Raiders, Azuma's Last Crusade and an old What Price Glory shirt.
Todd's shirt is the heaviest of the three. It's a little softer material than Azuma's, but the quality of Todd's isn't quite as nice as Azuma's.
The LC shirt is more accurate than Todd's Raiders, or so I have been led to believe. They are definitely BOTH nice reproductions.
The WPG shirt is a little rough and fits poorly compared to specs. But almost no one has that shirt anymore. In fact, I cut mine up as a TOD shirt and later removed the buttons for another shirt.
I would like to get a Magnoli or Wested shirt just for comparison (and backups ;D), and a Noel Howard shirt. I can dream, can't I?

The lightest one is probably the newest generation of Todds shirt. I agree with Josh in the fact the older Todds shirt is the heaviest one I own. The next heaviest is my Magnoli, then the WPG, then the Costumebase, then the Wested. The Wested and the Todds newest generation are very close though. Both are light weight. The Magnoli is heavier, but it is also made like a finely tailored dress shirt, but that is what it is.

I wasn't aware that Todd had updated his shirt. Did he just change the fabric or has the sizing gotten an overhaul as well?
As much as I love my older Todd's (I wear it quite a lot), I've never liked the fit. Too baggy and the neck is pencil-small. I'd upgrade if he's fixed the funky sizing.

My older Todds and the newer one fit pretty similar. I wear a large. I am not sure if he changed any of the other sizes.

Here is the Wested. I am stealing this picture of a Wested shirt originally posted by patchcamel in this comparison of what my Wested looked like before I dyed it using a 4:3 ratio of pearl grey and tan. I think the color looks very similar to the WPG offering, but looks a lot better than before. Not tan at all. Attachments:
