I recently saw a nice WW 2 Mauser airsoft for sale, only £15, i am thinking of getting it after christmas and turning it into a han solo DL44 blaster
now i may have lost my model making skills but wonder exactly how i would do this? what parts ( found, scrap, kitbusting etc etc ) do i need to make this happen?
has anyone else done this that can guide me?

If it's an airsoft pistol, I would recommend a resin kit or something. You might use a flash hider from a Kenner/Hasbro blaster. Which incarnation are you planning? Han's SW hero blaster, the "Greedo Killer," Han's ESB blaster, Luke's, or Han's ROTJ blaster? I have done a lot of research. This site helped me out a lot in a few years ago: www.partsofsw.com/I hope that helps a little. Here's one I did a couple of years back with a Denix metal Mauser replica, a metal flash hider from Blast-Tech and some resin pieces. -Josh
