I think a Back to the Future: the 2015 Edition Boxed Set would be an AWESOME DVD/Blu-Ray set. I can see it now: Four Discs: Disc 1: A 1985 (Original Theatrical) Version of all three movies Disc 2: A 2015 (Remastered) Version completely botched by CGI. Disc 3: An 1985A (Extended) Version exactly like the Original Theatrical version, but with all of the cut-for-a-reason deleted scenes not even restored to match the rest of the film AND Alan Silvestri's Too-Dark Alternate Score for Back to the Future. Disc 4: A bunch of stupid stuff.
What other things would you like to see in a 2015 edition? What do you think the cover would be like? I really want your input!
Steven

Okay, okay, but we've gotta do SOMETHING for BTTF when 2015 comes 'round! At LEAST the Original Theatrical version. Steven

I just realized that this is a STUPID IDEA! I can't believe what STUPID things I was saying! I voted NO on my own poll. CGI? WTH? I can't stop talking about how STUPID this is! STUPID! STUPID! STUPID! *Looks at Mr. Fusion's post* I am WAY too sensitive. ;D Steven

how about a version of BTTF 1 with all the additional stuff from BTTF 2 thrown in, from the second trip to 1955 shown in the background
clips from family guy showing all the parody scenes theyve done
a music video featuring that song by the actor who played Biff
bluescreen shots before effects added
the whole trilogy in HD 3D
the whole trilogy in retro LD ( low definition ) 2D
trailers, including the original Christmas day trailer when it premiered on british TV in 1988 ( i actually STILL remember that trailer )

how about a version of BTTF 1 with all the additional stuff from BTTF 2 thrown in, from the second trip to 1955 shown in the background I was actually trying to shoot for being more original to the first film. I still can't believe Jennifer's hair changed from brown to dark blonde! I think she looks better with brown hair. Although the Doc running down the flames shot might be a possibility. (Not likely, though) clips from family guy showing all the parody scenes theyve done Okay. I don't really watch Family Guy (or any TV, for that matter, other than PBS), but I can see it. It might work. a music video featuring that song by the actor who played Biff Tom Wilson. bluescreen shots before effects added Bonus feature? Because I think the movie with just the bare bluescreen shots won't be that well done. ;D the whole trilogy in HD 3D Can we actually do that? Make a movie filmed in 2D into 3D? I don't think that's possible, no matter how cool 3D BTTF would be. (E.G. the last shot where the DeLorean hovers off of the ground, turns around, and flies directly into the screen) the whole trilogy in retro LD ( low definition ) 2D Original Theatrical Version. That is a must for every DVD. trailers, including the original Christmas day trailer when it premiered on british TV in 1988 ( i actually STILL remember that trailer ) Cool! I still think my whole "2015 Edition" idea is stupid, though. My Negative Vote still stands. Steven
