I've noticed in the pictures that you've posted, Marion was in the picture as well. Maybe the Leather had goosebumps from Karen Allen's amazing acting. ;D

I'm not sure but the leather could have been shrunken lamb. I think I also remember seeing these kinds of marks on Tony Nowak Raiders jackets, and I think they were shrunken lamb
