Their "Indy pants" don't appear to be pleated from the picture, though it's hard to tell.
You could do more accurate by going with Land's End, frankly.

I found a "recipe" to dye the Indy shirt to more of the color of that seen in the movies. I tried it on my Wested shirt this week and it looks a lot better IMO. The dye job took a lot of the "yellow" and "greenish" tint out of the shirt. It is now more of a warm grayish color. It looks a lot like the color of the Adventurebilt shirts.

for the price its not a bad shirt they look pretty good only negative is they are made of a very thin cloth and the thread stitching used for the buttons is next to nothing a little bit of home Mod and its a good shirt

I think I will buy it then. People usually go with wested, or Todds, so im not following the usual route. But you sound like you own one already, you're very knowledgeable. But the price is very tempting.

Thanks I've bought just about every Indy shirt you can buy and I like this shirt over the Wested !!! Wested is still to light of color Huge white buttons and the shoulder boards are way to long

Received my costumebase one today. Must say first impressions are that it is very yellow unlike the image they have showing.
And some of the buttons wont do up as they holes aren't big enough. Also it is described as cotton on the advert but is in reality probably polyester.

Pics?
Never liked how they looked on the official pics. If the reality is even worse, I'm curious to see what it looks like...

Hmmm. At least it fits you well. The sloppiness you described isn't readily apparent here. But yeah, those pockets are odd looking.
Are you happy with it?

The pic makes the colour look not too yellow actually and flatters the shirt, but the buttons I cant do up as the buttons wont go through the pocket hole currently, ill just need to get scissors I guess. But it is my only true Indy shirt so it will do is more how I feel. Its nice to have a Indy shirt that is supposed to be an indy shirt, rather than casual safari type shirts that I own.
So yes I am happy with it I guess. Thanks for the lands end pant recommendation as well.

I have two of the Wested shirts and while it was nicely built (as per my tailor for the shirt), it has a bulkiness to it. They don't do a custom shirt, and because I'm a woman, I had to go a local tailor to resize the shirts. The tailor praised the shirt's sewing and material quality, but it still ended up bulky in the front of the shirt. I agree with indygr's suggestions on shortening the epaulettes and using a fabric dye. My epaulettes where shortened when I had them tailored. It was a major tailoring job (and costly) and still retains the original style and crispness.
After seeing the above picture, I might go for Todd's in kid's XL size. But, then there's Magnoli who offers a custom shirt.

I apologize if I missed it somewhere(there's so much info to absorb here, I feel like I'm building my first graflex or han blaster again lol)
Which shirt works best for Raiders then of the above mentioned shirts? Where does the What Price Glory shirt fall in in all this?

This is the new version of Todds shirt with an AB for comparison. The AB is a good colour compared to a Noel Howard original. As you can see the colour of the Todd is well off and although the material is nice it's very thick compared to others Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk
