Thanks for the compliments guys All I did was carefully un stitch the lining by the action pleats and sewed the leather together an inch in from the original sew line if that makes sense lol, then i just sewed the lining back together the best i could If I can do it so can you Also save some money

There is an easier way of getting inside the lining of the jacket. Turn it inside out and you will see that one of the sleeve seams is sewn up from the outside, undo that and you can turn the whole jacket inside out like a duvet cover. My jackets have the seam on the right sleeve.

looks to me like one inch pleasts are key to the SA look...
Great job!

Got around to finishing the left side and now I'm finished I can start wearing the jacket without any worry of being blown away in strong winds ;D ;D I'm so happy with the results This side looks a bit narrow on this pic but I have measured them and they are the same size

The comparison shows the screen jacket's pleat is deeper than your modified version. However, if that's what it takes for them to lay down properly and make you happier with the jacket, then I say it's a good thing. Ken

Ken They do look wider than the pic shows when I've got my arms stretched out more. I'm so happy with them now tho Like this one..... hmmmm, maybe more like the TOD or LC pleats

That looks really nice... does anyone know if Wested can do that? I am about to order another jacket but don't like the huge pleats all that much, and it would be nice if Wested could just make them more narrow to begin with (either way, I have to go the custom route while ordering with Wested).

Wested should do it if you go custom. I just never thought to ask when I ordered mine, which is a navopelle raiders custom by the way and now I love it even more than when I first had it. Its lookin worn really quick too
