what is goat G & B ... SA?

You said it was SA, Screen Accurate? And tough as heck.

Do you know the color/scheme there. Does Wested offer it in the Dark Brown?

G&B stands for Gibson & Barnes - Expedition. This is a separate company that makes jackets. They offer color and hides choices as well, and info about them and many others can be found in the "Where To Buy" jacket section:
