Has anyone ordered a standard TODD jacket lately ? This year ? If so, can you post a pic. Supposely they have changed some things on the jacket.[glow=red,2,300][/glow]

I thought they were changing some things too (I asked about length in the other thread). Perhaps Todd's first stock of jackets have not been completely sold off yet and the updated ones haven't shown up. Hopefully someone will have gotten one recently and let us in on what it's like.

We changed the sizing algorithm and asked for tighter control on sleeve length specs. The first run, a large percentage of the sleeves were shorter than they should have been.
We're using a different leather that looks more - leathery. It's slightly heavier, but not much. I think the drape achieved with the light weight leather is something I don't want to change.
Other than that - they are the same.

Wow thanks Todd andI totally agree about the light weight leather, to me it's essential for getting a true Raiders look. The thing about a more leathery looking leather can only be a plus too in my mind..but I wonder what exactly that means - perhaps more grainy/wrinkley (fingers crossed). Oh and Todd are these updated ones in stock right now?

We changed the sizing algorithm... Todd...does that equate to a longer cut in the body length of the jacket, for us tall guys who don't like the "shimmel" look? Rob

::)Todd, I received my std Indy Jacket last week. After letting it air out a bit I lexoled it down and molded the colar and pockets. I must say it is one best looking SA Indy Jacket I ever seen for the price of 149.00. The lambskin isn't a heavy leather but the weight is just what I wanted and it drapes fine. I makes a great motorcycle jacket for the Summer and beginning of Fall. If you have a chest size of 41 like I do the jacket will be snug zipped up but fine left open. I pretty sure an extra large would have been to big. However, all-in-all I am pretty satisfied with it. I am 5' 10" 170 lbs. I will post some pics later this week. I have the hat, jacket, shirt, pants and whip. My outfit is pretty set.

I'm waiting for a long, which I know won't happen. As the rep on the phone said, you can always get our custom (sure for another $350).

Yea, I want another one of the standards myself but I feel that the body is just too short, apparently the sleeves were the only details that were recently lengthened. Todd's customs are fabulous, I have one..but a little on the steep side when you consider the others that are available. If he makes a longer body I'll get one, if not I probably go with a RotLA Special offer..they are made a little longer.
