If these pics are faked then they did a damn good job. I think their real myself. They're just to clear and there are multiple shots from different angles. Usually you only get one fake shot. Here's the link to the pics and story. www.earthfiles.com/news.php?ID=1252&category=EnvironmentIt looks like the one "wing" has some kind of writing on it but I can't make it out. If these are drones made by the government then the design is very odd. How the heck does it even stay in the air? I see no signs of blades or any kind of propulsion system.

You may be right. I'm still on the fence about the two of the images and it's plausible this is one of those government drone planes, but....
I downloaded one of the images in where the ship is going over the telephone pole just now and I zoomed in on the shot using PS and it looks like the power lines were drawn in. I'm not expert though so I can't say for sure but that's what it looks like.
It's still a good job if it's a fake. One of the more realistic ones I might add.

Being an expert at making bad PS pics, I have to vote for that being a very well done fake. Something about the lighting and contrast just doesn't ring true given the distance. Having something like a powerline between the photographer and the subject helps add realism.

See now I thought in at least two of the shots the lighting on the "craft" looked pretty accurate. I tried zooming in on the wing because it looked to me like it had military writing on it but it just blurred once I zoomed in.
