Found this over at the Replica prop Forum. This is a very cool BBC made documentary about Blade Runner. If you're a fan of this film(like me ), you'll love this. No Harrison Ford interview, but lots of juicy tidbits about the making of, and input from the actors AND creators. it's over an hour long, but worth the watch. Thanks, Blues. This sounds interesting but the link isn't working for me. Maybe it's been moved already?
I wish Ridley Scott would release a director's version that uses a better soundtrack. I'll take music that doesn't put me to sleep over a unicorn dream anyday! Please! Ridley! Forget the small changes. It needs a NEW soundtrack! PLEEEEEASE! ;D

I FINALLY took some time and watched all of this. It's very interesting to hear all about how this film got made and all of the trouble they had. I've known for a while Harrison wasn't happy with it mainly because they didn't give him much to do. The character he played had no real background and when he was on Larry King one night he told Larry that he didn't like playing a detective that really didn't do any "detecting". I've been a fan of the film ever since I saw it in the theater as a kid. My dad took me because he knew I liked Harrison from SW and he figured it be just like that. Well, it turned out to be rather dark and even had some nudity.... OOPS! Anyway, even though it was rather bleak I thought Deckard was cool and I even tried dressing up like him and made my own gun like his using a plastic 45, some black electrical tape and two Crayola markers. The soundtrack is still one of my favorites and I listen to it every once in awhile. I don't own the DVD yet and I was waiting for the newest version that I thought was supposed to be released soon. I need to look into that. I guess it supposed to have 2 or 3 versions of the film on one disc. The FX still hold up really well. I love the look of the film. I always wanted them to do more with the film's universe but they didn't. The closest sequel we got was that movie Soldier with Kurt Russell. Aparently, that was supposed to be set in the same universe and in one scene of the film there is a junkyard and you can see a "Spinner" from Blade Runner in the background. I think they wrote a sequel to the book years ago. Maybe they'll make it into a movie someday.....of course they couldn't do it without Riddley.

unfortunately when i go online, i only get one hour at a time and dont have the time to watch long things on the internet
but i do watch docs on the telly. many years ago i had kept a newspaper cutting from a local paper when i lived in newport pagnell ( famous for the aston martin factory ) just outside newport is a huge VW factory, and thats where the actual lifesize spinner cars were built! not many people know that.
i always liked Deckards gun though. looks cooler than a webley
