Hey, At 11:00 this morning I received my Gray Adventurebilt from Fedora. I have to say this is a Magnificent Fedora. Super soft felt that feels like the older Vintage hats that I have worn. All I can say is Thanks Steve. No matter what the wait time is it is allways worth it Also: As this is to be a Dress Hat only, No turn. Just so there is no confusion The Gray Hat IS GRAY. ;D Cheers, G-MANN

NICE hat! Just what every blue suit-wearing hero needs! You can tell just from looking at it that it's soft, I'll bet it feels great on, too. I keep telling myself my next hat should be a gray hat, and this is just more encouragement. Thanks for sharing!

That's a good-lookin lid G-MANN. Is that the seaplane gray from Raiders or just gray. No, seriously I can't tell. What's the liner look like? Is it the same as the brown AB? -Anthony

There were no gray hats used in Raiders! Sorry couldn't resist it (runs away) That is one beautiful hat John! Steve has done a remarkable job there - I have been thinking about getting a gray hat for a while, this convinces me. Congratulations on your new lid! /Jakob

It's just a little big but I just had a haircut so nothing an added piece of felt or foam won't take care of. Thanks again Steve Cheers, G-MANN

Dashing. That's the word that comes to my mind, when looking at John in his blue suit and that brand new Clipper Grey Adventurebilt. Mighty sweet looking sir! Mighty sweet looking indeed! Ken

That's a nice looking hat. It looks really bright in the one shot. You look like an FBI agent from the 30's or 40's with that hat and navy blue suit. I like the brown hat with the suit too. I think it looks just fine. *IF* they did use a gray hat in that scene it must have been a much darker gray than G-Mann's because even out of the sunlight his hat is still a lighter gray.....

Thanks to all of you for the Compliments and kind words. I guess it can be suprising for folks to see me in a suit. Heck it even suprised my own wife. I do love this Gray Fedora but it is not going to see many Adventures. I guess there is quite a difference in these 2 looks ;D Cheers, G-MANN

I like both styles, to be honest! I think it adds character, if one wear a suit from time to time (as Indy did), but of course: only from time to time Regards, Marc

I just want to point out one more thing. The last pic with the suit on best represnts the Color of the Gray AB. The others are in the High Noon Sun and tend to wash out a bit of the color. Cheers, G-MANN Here is an Indoors pic

I think the gray hat looks nice indoors and outdoors. It is a nice looking fedora. I just don't know if I would ever purchase that color for myself or if it would even look good on me. What I would probably end up doing is owning two brown AB's.....one for dress and one for adventuring. Of course I don't get to go on to many adventures so I'd probably get by with just one! Hahaha...

That's still a gorgeous hat. That indoor shot shows it more the shade I expected that is was. Damn fine lid, G-Mann! You can tell how smoothe that felt is in all of those pics, too.

Yeah, John cleans up well. I think the hat looks great indoors as well. The darker color really suits it nicely, and matches what we saw on screen as well. Ken
